We synthesis benzimidazole derivatives which have great percentage yield than reported and develop synthetic scheme that less time consuming with high purity of compound as well as no need of any kind of chromatography for purification. all compound was recrystallized with ethanol. We develop economical method of synthesis of benimidazole derivatives also characterization was carried out by IR and H1 NMR (CDCl3), Physical Constant, Solubility, Refractive Index. Benzimidazole derivative biologically evaluated on different microorganism. In the result gram negative and gram positive bacteria was Inhibited.]]>
