At the age of 15 we moved to Deweyville, Texas where I attended HS. I graduated in 1969. After HS, I attended East Texas Baptist College in Marshall, Texas for a short time. I drafted into the US Army in Jan 1972 . My draft lottery number was 26. After basic training at Ft. Campbell, Ky, I was sent to Ft. Sam Houston for (91A10) combat field medic training. But God intervene and I never went to Veit Nam but instedad I was stationed in Teagu, Korea. At the 543rd General Dispensary from Nov 1972 to Nov 1973.
