I am 59 and am married to a very special guy ( 3 time lucky) I have the 3 most wonderful children and 8 gorgeous grandchildren and am step mum to two great kids as well - so all in all the family keep both Ray and I busy. Ray has just taken up lawn bowls this year and absolutley loving it after being a triathlete for several years. I too did a few duathalons until I got sick and now just doing the garden is a pain. C'est la vie - there are worse of then myself.
