In the past I called myself a creative strategist or strategic creative. People have called me a social strategist, digital tactician, cultural editor and community manager. However these titles are arbitrary. What I'm good at is creating relevant communication ideas by navigating a brand's cultural / competitive landscape whilst understanding the existing consumer behaviours. Communication ideas could manifest as a different strategy, a new tactic, an event, an app, a new approach to consumer engagement or a reappraisal of internal communication.
