Every country compulsory undertake health quality the citizen. Indonesia’s health infrastructure doesn’t exist in all over area so that public couldn’t have health services optimality. Information and communication technology (ICT) push public health growth by integrating between ICT and health, commonly said e-health. This research is aimed to know the telemedicine application in hospitals and Indonesia’s e-health infrastructure compared with others country. The methods of this research are literature study and benchmarking. The acceptance of M-BWA services indicates user behavior intention through services. Study of technology acceptance model used to determine user perception through M-BWA’s behavior intention based on perception of usefulness, perception of avaibility, perception of quality, and perception of enjoyment. The result shows that M-BWA’s behavior intention is significantly affected by the attitude. While the attitude of service use were positively correlated to the perception of usefulness and perception of enjoyment. There was no significant difference perception between male and female.]]>
