Since independences period, Africa is a continent suffering most from the migration. The emigration of African professionals diminishes labour pools and African companies employment ponds. In addition, private sector actors are less interested in the return migration of professionals who are living outside the continent and their country. In this paper, we propose to understand the strategies and practices of Senegalese companies in e-recruitment. Our contribution is to analyse the degree of Internet penetration in recruitment strategies and hiring process of these companies. First, we present here the dire situation of migration and the gradual deterioration of human capital in African countries. Then, we expose the potential contained in the e-recruitment tools and their place in the return migration of expatriates. Finally, we draw up a very simple method to observe the practices of Senegalese companies and design their profile of e-recruiter to understand whether their strategies and recruitment process encourage a return migration.]]>
