MSEDCL further suggests that the electricity generated from a solar rooftop system shall be capped cumulatively at 90% of the electricity consumption by the eligible consumer at the end of the relevant billing period. 3. MSEDCL humbly requests Honble Commission to allow MSEDCL to levy wheeling charges on rooftop energy consumption.]]>
