Previously, I felt like my whole life revolved around work. I worked close to 80 hours per week and was missing out on my kids growing up. When my Dad got sick in 2005 I took stock in what I wanted from life, which was definitely NOT to work even more. So I pretty much ditched town without a glance back, moved Dad and my family down here, without even saying Goodbye to many friends. (I'm so sorry for that, but not for my decision to start over!) Fortunately, a former client asked me to buy out his business partner, which has proved to be quite lucrative.
