I also coordinate the SAFORGEN network which focuses on the study of forest genetic resources in sub-Saharian zones. During my PhD and post-doctoral activities, I studied the mechanisms of diversification that drive the evolution (speciation, species genetic differentiation) of tropical species particularly in relation to climate changes.
