I was born in Detroit, Michigan. My family moved to Rochester, New York when I was five years old. There were five of us, my father, my mother, two sisters and me. We lived a comfortable life, I guess a little bit above average, never wanting for anything. My father was a salesman. He worked hard to support his family and my mother stayed home and kept the three of us in line. My entrepreneurial spirit began to show itself when I was 11 years when I got my very first paper route. That one route grew into two routes.
