We need to design, implement, monitor and evaluate self-sustainably. We can learn from $1.5 trillion of project funding since 2000 which have not been evaluated by communities for sustainability post-closeout; there can be excellent unexpected impacts, but we must return to listen and learn.... 2) Evaluation collaborations with national evaluators and communities on current projects, those that have 'closed out', and designing new projects based on community priorities. Shockingly, 99% of our projects stop learning about impact at project close-out and we don't (yet) return 2... http://www.ValuingVoices.com
