To me, the runner’s high is a sensational reaction to a great run! It’s an exhilarating feeling of satisfaction and achievement. It’s like being on top of the world, and truthfully… there’s nothing else quite like it! ~ I don’t pretend to be someone I’m not, because I’m very good at being me. I might not be proud of some of the choices and mistakes I’ve made in the past, but I am very proud of who I am today. I may not be perfect but I don’t need to be. Take me as I am, or watch me as I walk away
