Those projects were of as Interim Management for companies in transition or of Management Consultancy. In some cases, after the business analysis, a Viability Plan was required. In those projects I restructured the organization, focusing efforts on those business areas that needed most attention. As a result of the current economic and financial situation I have expanded my services to include: searching for potential investors, preparation of bankruptcy proceedings and corporate refinancing.
