For the UK MOD I shape the strategy and develop the Defence policy to exploit Learning Technologies (LT), and I run the LT team that: develop and manage Defence’s online learning platform (approx. 220,000 users) and Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs); and provide LT horizon scanning and R&D for Defence.
