By providing oneself with ten life changing promises fulfilled by moving towards plant based diet. you can gradually nudge yourself a little and make small changes in what you eat, so you can gradually build a momentum of healthy choices. The most exciting thing is that so much is possible. So much is within our power to make better. We can be healthy and happy. We can do it so easily by adjusting and tweaking our favorite meals so that they are a healthier versions of what we love. Still delicious, still hearty and satisfying, just healthier. Bringing home meat alternatives (vegetarian version of chicken or ribs ect.) focus more on beans, legumes and whole grains (like bean burritos with guacamole or lentil soup with bread and salad). What I do is lighten up on animal based foods and replaced them with plant-based foods. In the whole world of positive things that flow from the decision to eat a plant-based diet, there are positives for your health. By eliminating meat leads naturally, even effortlessly to weight loss; blood sugar balancing; prevention, even the reversal of heart disease. But, also for your mind and spirit. ]]>

This experience transitioned into going to Nancy Bond’s School of Modeling and working for Ford Agency.
