Under new conditions of labor market in Medellín, it is necessary to implement measures which rapidly decrease poverty levels mainly affecting the most vulnerable population, who at the end find in informal economy, the one solution to their problem. This solution is translated in lack of capacity of the formal sector for accepting the population to their action area. El Metro de Medellín, credited as a mass transportation means in El Valle de Aburrá, has become an appropriate space for the development of informal activity, which results in a series of approaches from society, in which creation of public policies assuring the access to education with quality for everybody have been designed.]]>
