An allergen is any substance (antigen), most often eaten or inhaled, that is recognized by the immune system and causes an allergic reaction. Along with studies, I have experience of teaching in Angels International College Faisalabad. Thereafter I have worked in MATCO (rice industry) as QCO (quality control officer). I have also served in ENGRO FOODS LTD. (dairy industry). I have worked in QA lab., in the field collection centres and in the R & D department. Now Working as commissioned inspecting officer victualling section in Pakistan Navy. My responsibilities are developing Food Specs and conducting and supervising the inspections of all food items procured by Pak Navy, ensuring food safety, food quality, timely provision and safe food supply chain.
