From 1996 to 2002, he worked for the Water Resource Agency (WRA) at the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), Taichung, Taiwan. During 2002 to current, I was a research staff in Water Resources Planning Institute, WRA, MOEA. In 2007, I joined the Department of Civil and Disaster Prevention Engineering, National United University, as an Adjunct Associate Professor.
