We discuss often what we should be working on. Given the rapidly changing world and the boom of technology where everyone CAN we aware of EVERYTHING, a key factor to our growth also becomes “What we should not be doing”. Or better yet, what should we be doing and when? Why? Why does this matter? To me this matters because of 2 things a) I often find find myself wanting to learn / explore/ try new things and LinkedIn encourages this and b) No matter what I do I can never squeeze in more than 24 hrs in a days! So gotto spend my limited quota of 24 hrs in a meaningful way!!! I want to get shit done, I want to explore a little, I want to provide opportunities for the team to grow …at the same time I want to walk the fine line between distraction and exploration well. So let’s take the next few minute to brainstorm what’s going to be “OUR STRATEGY FOR SUCCESS” That beg’s a question … What is Strategy? Countries have strategy Companies have strategy There are famous war fare strategies…Napolean always had a meticulously designed plan…he never followed it is a different thing Chess can only be played with Strategy.
