But that's not what I am about, not really... What I am really, REALLY passionate about in my work, what brings me energy and gets me enthusiastic are those moments when I can use my creativity to get to out-of-the-box solutions or help a group of people reach new insights, for instance in a workshop. I am at my best when I'm in a position to motivate others, inspire them to act on arising opportunities and help them succeed in reaching their goals.
