M. U. , Aligarh started his journey to teaching profession as a Lecturer of Commerce in Zakir Husain Delhi College, University of Delhi on February 13, 1991. He resigned from there on October 23, 1997 to join his own Alma mater on the same date. Dr. Khan has been on EOL from the university to serve as Full Professor and Program Coordinator in the Department of Human Resource Management, College of Business Administration, Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, Al-Kharj, KSA w.e.f.
