The rights and access of woman to water resources are still overlooked. Mostly, woman neither invited nor considered for water resources project planning and management. However, woman are deprived more due to scarce water and lower quality. It increases their workload and get less time for paid employment, and attending school. Therefore, IWRM is considered one of the cornerstones which reflects the necessity of integrating gender in water resources management.
