I know a lot of strength in face-to-face collaboration tool, but it is not a silver bullet. sometimes it is too good. You have your priority. The best does not mean the most appropriate. using presence, chat, web, audio, desktop and/or application sharing on IP free you from physical world to IP world. connecting to PSTN on audio enhances even more. But, I may propose you to be a little more picky according to you business priority. In the good balance of the best and the most appropriate. I think my team and I can be your help :-)
