‘‘Sweet & Salt' investigates the influence of water on four regional cultures, and highlights the water management styles of New York, Louisiana, the Netherlands, and Vietnam. Historically these regions have established long-standing practices and behaviors surrounding changes in water conditions. Efforts to manage water in times of disaster have rendered unique approaches and responses that have come to shape the cultural values of each region.
