Here me out :) Being in a creative work of field, I tend to always question everything. I analyze perpetually. People is always changing, hence, the culture changes too. For obvious examples, workers are now focus on purpose rather than pension. Workers prefer good colleagues rather than boss. Workers starts to value life rather than that big piles of money. Do you get me? A great culture creates great teamwork. Great teamwork creates great emphatic communication, which will lead to great learning process.
