I am a volunteer strength and conditioning coach at the high school level as well. Currently working in a skilled nursing facility as a physical therapy assistant(PTA). Therapy liaison for an assisted and independent living facility. Providing exercise classes and lectures on health topics that the individuals living in those buildings want to learn about healthy living. I am also a certified clinical instructor through the APTA.e
