I lost my wife of 27 years after a nearly 2 year ordeal. I am overweight. I am thinking about losing weight and getting in shape. I have a 22 yo son and a 20 yo daughter. Both in college/grad school. I live with 5 dogs and 3 cats. The latter are house broken, the former not so much. I am working on this. I have a job where, although i work very hard and must concentrate on my work, there are a lot of people at work who do a lot of things for me. This is how the job works, and I have become used to this. I work had at work and don't like to work hard at home. I have limited cooking skills, but I cook by the seat of my pants and have not spent enough time following or modifying
