I need to exercise more and I have been trying to eat smaller portion sizes of healthy foods. I could tell you about the things I hate too, but that would be too negative. I'm learning to displace my negative thoughts by replacing them with good thoughts. Our world needs more people who see the good, who do good things and who encourage and praise others for the good things they do.
