In the world of singles events, event design is about maximizing and creating new ways for people to cross the room and start conversations - because singles events are unlike any other kind of gathering. Prior to Match, I worked at FCB Global (formerly Draftfcb) which included roles in strategic planning and, more recently, learning, development and culture. It was the constant practice of finding the insight, the unexplored angle or the misalignment between the message and the problem that spawned my interest in the dating space.
