These are the slides from my session at the eLearning Network's 'innovation in compliance training' event. Just because compliance training has a bad reputation for being little more than a box-ticking exercise doesn’t mean we should let it live up to that reputation. With a little imagination, and a focus on the users rather than covering the back of the organisation, it’s absolutely possible to create effective and engaging training that achieves both competence and compliance.
