When I took over the responsibility of a traditional report, I changed it completely. First of all, I argued internally that a report must be worth reading. Secondly, it is so much about relatability i.e. creating great stories that you can connect to. Good content is all about building relations and making people care about you. To my mind, we must embrace twists with tension and when I argue in favor of this standpoint, I have a lot of good examples to bring to the table.
