He is a co-organizer of the Canada-Ukraine Online Learning Consortium and a member of the UOIT, Canada and KNEU, Ukraine research partnership. This partnership supports collaborative, international activity in the areas of online learning, digital competencies and professional development. He is co-founder of Vistas Canada EDU, an international educational agency promoting innovative UOIT programs in Eastern Europe.
