He is President of TheCodeFactory a results oriented bootstrap business incubator and shared work space in Ottawa, Canada that opened on May 25th, 2008. TheCodeFactory has produced two graduates, 70 start-up jobs facilitated; 32 students hired through Students and Start-ups (an event connecting students looking for work with startups looking to hire) and hosted over 1,000 grass roots events.
