As we increasingly find ourselves working with Gen Y, it’s easy to make lots of assumptions about how they like to learn. What we wanted to do with this project is create conversations with a representative sample from this group to help us gain more insight into their relationship with learning and their expectations of it in an organisational context. Soon, they will make up over half the working population so they are very much a part of the landscape for the future of learning. It’s important we listen to them and plan accordingly. This report is the result of those conversations.]]>
