One of the most important factors in a successful Recruitment process, is the ability to create the widest possible sorting space of the relevant target talent population. Beyond database sourcing, we are typically required to create first contact with potentical candidates, some of which are passive. The daily challenge we face is how to phrase the initial candidate approach so to create positive interest and engagement for interaction. In the same time, some of the target talent populations are extensive, and we find ourselves facing another challenge of approaching as many candidates as possible given a time limitation.
