He joined the CRUNCH group of Brown in January 2013 after completing his Ph.D in Fluid Mechanics at Shanghai University from Shanghai Institute of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics, where he was working on mesoscopic modeling of Interface problems and multiphase flows.
