• Accountable as System/Database Administrator in charge of EDP wing of the Customs receipt Audit and responsible for maintaining around 10 systems and a server.
• Responsible for System Admin of remote MS Windows NT network.
• Working knowledge in Backup Server and client to perform Database and OS Backup.
• Co-ordinate with Consultants to resolve any hardware or software related problems.
• Monitoring of critical process like CPU, Services, Disk, Memory usage and application Responsible for capacity planning, system tuning, preparing Trend analysis report.
• Audit of Custom Documents through dump data and online audit.
