It is matter of great pride that our team has just concluded the end to end project delivery of Land Titling Computerization Project (LTCP) of Land Registration Authority (LRA). It is a Public Private Partnership based BOO project for the Government of Philippines – one of the biggest investment abroad by the company.
My role called for coordination of requirement management, application development, database design, setting up IT Infrastructure, network operations center, helpdesk and technical support teams for resolution of incidents as per agreed SLA. Change Management was particularly very challenging.
