A successful company always needs to improve and adjust to changed market environments. In order to do this the processes within the organization need to be analyzed and continuously improved. A strong analytical mind, able to see the connections between processes, is necessary. Besides the identification and design of the improved processes good communication skills are a must to have a successful implementation. These are the fields where my interests and specialties lie.
