Rick is a thought leader in Training and Leadership Development. He has experiences in large companies, such as Gillette, Dell and HP. He has also coached start up companies and their leaders. More recently, Rick has joined Atlassian as their head of Learning and Development.
Rick has been a lecturer at the MBA program at Stanford. He has lived and worked in Asia for 7 years.
