About
I studied mathematics and programming in West Germany and had my first job as a systems analyst and software diagnostician at CERN, the European Centre for Nuclear Research in Geneva.
After a serious car accident, as a passenger on a duty trip, I was told that my pain was 'psychological'. Hence I studied psychology and ended up organising international conferences and seminars.
In 1996, I came across an article on prime numbers which triggered my thinking into what has become my odyssey of discovery, with the result of developing web portals for looking at 'big data' and 'big images' through my "software lenses".
