You can't study medicine and not stop and wonder and ponder on the beauty of GOD's loving Creation in a human being. How delicately and fearfully made. How fragile yet strong in some fascinating ways. How well organized and full of life. This gift of health that we cherish is not a joke. As a Medical Doctor, I have come to learn to love and appreciate this gift of life and health. Imagine, it is much easier to keep it healthy than it is to restore it after abuse and misuse. Just think about that. Yet, billions of people spend their lifetime destroying themselves just to end up spending the end of their days wishing they had been better stewards of their GOD-given health. Don't waste it.
