Teams from two day old startups, to teams within 100 year old corporations, all need to successfully innovate to stay alive and thrive. My value lies in helping to ensure their efforts are not wasted building something nobody wants because of a blind belief in their assumptions.
It's also critical for individuals to feel fulfilled in their work as we all know how it feels to work on something that makes us light up.
