I have worked in uk manufacturing via the food and automotive industries over 19 years .The roles I have held in the past have been from a Team leader based on the shop floor to a Operational Production Manager .I have been a Lean Manufacturing Facilitator for over 3 yrs working for my current employer who I enjoy working for .My current professional goals are to do well in my role and gain my Msc in Lean Manufacturing and Engineering Management at Coventry University .I am looking to share knowledge about Best Practices , Lean Manufacturing ,Quality Improvement and Operational Excellance .
