Sam Martin, PhD, is the owner of SamTheTutor.com, Inc. Sam has received a PhD in Educational Technology from Walden University. Sam was recently awarded the prestigious Educator of the Year Award by the Association of Real estate Educators (AIREE.org). Sam is one of 500 Certified Uniform Standards of Professional Practice (USPAP) instructors. He has been teaching appraisal and real estate classes since 1988. He has taught for a variety of institutions, most recently the Chicago Association of Realtors.
