Sam Zherka is a self-made entrepreneur who has achieved his own American Dream. As a success and motivation consultant, Sam is dedicated to helping others achieve their dreams, whether he does so via career advice, employment help, or financial support. Sam himself excelled in real estate investment and development for 30+ years before deciding to consult full-time, and he developed numerous successful relationships with a variety of banks. Sam Zherka presently resides in New York with his wife and their eight children. Outside of his consulting, he loves to do humanitarian work or to mentor his children in business. He also hopes to do public speaking and motivational events down the line.
