I believe, learning is directly proportional to the teaching quotient of society. Each child is born with an innate capacity to know, explore and learn. NO CHILD FAILS.Either the parents fail in turning them into learners or the teachers fail in their teaching potential or the society fails where it does not pitch in its responsibility to churn out an education system which adroitly taps the natural learning potential of a child, be it dance, music....or building up a notion....Marks may or may not make a mark but the skills / talents and the attitudes do.
