About
Ms. Charles-Toussaint has over 15 years’ experience in managing and developing training programs for a broad range of customers in both the Federal and commercial sectors. Her instructional design experience includes contributions to analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of several large web-based, instructor-led, and blended training courses. Additionally, Ms. Charles-Toussaint has experience with Section 508 accessibility testing, managing project activities and resources, and performing quality assurance activities. She is the recipient of industry awards including AVA, MarCom, and W3.
