I have been blessed to be an educator for the past 24 years. My primary focus has always been literacy; however, recently I have branched into a new role of Supervisor of Curriculum which includes a focus on all areas of the K-12 curriculum. I am invigorated and excited about this work! I have an active role in both curriculum development and professional (staff) learning experiences where we serve and support teachers. Through this support, we positively impact student growth and achievement. My educational experience includes 10 years as a classroom teacher, more than 10 as a reading specialist/instructional coach, and 3+ years in curriculum work. I truly feel that teaching is my pass...
