After grauduating as a history teacher I started doing ICT training.
I consult with clients on an adoption strategy for their (social) collaboration software.
Not only is technology and functionality addressed, but also organisational and behavioural aspects, as tools are used in specific context for an improved way of sharing knowledge, collaborating and communicating.
